The Revolution SMHR300 is a quality Smith Machine that has many features. It acts as a smith machine with superb linear bearings to give a smooth feel on every rep and a half squat rack with J-hooks & Spotting arms. The half rack will allow you to perform free weight exercises like bench press, squats, rows, deadlifts and much more. This smith machine also includes a multi grip chin up bar with a band hook, weight storage, torso trainer and dip handles. The SMHR300 really is a complete unit.
